Once I provide you with the final product (single, album, or audio effects) can be used for commercial purposes and streamed by anyone with your consent, anywhere. However, I retain the rights to the music unless there is a separate contract specifying compensation for the rights.Asanity & ReVYVE (label) aims to create a DMCA-free space for everyone to enjoy music, so you can trust that I want the best for the community. Keep in mind that if you want to maintain the rights to the music, you will need to keep track of it yourself or hire someone to do so, as unauthorized use is your responsibility. I also upload the albums to digital stores. If you're unsure, you can check out the albums I've done for Shirahiko, JuniperActias, Nunki & Delt4, as they're happy with the final results.The (only) digital delivery date will be determined after I receive the commission information. You'll have access to 2-3 feedback rounds during the first week, depending on whether it's a single or album. I work pretty quickly, so by the end of the first or second week, I'll have completed 50-80% of the work (depending on the project), which is still a good time to make minor tweaks since we've already discussed most of the details, and I have sufficient data from your content.I reserve the right to upload and share the process of creation on social media and use it in my online portfolio. For instance, if you want an album that features 5 JT-singles and 5 OP-singles, I am happy to discuss this with you and provide a custom pricing quote to accommodate your unique project.I provide two service lines: JT services, which are the entry-level offerings, and OP services, which are the premium-level offerings. The key differences between the two lines are the complexity of the melodies, the number of songs, the types of instruments used, and the duration of the tracks. In addition, the premium-level services include more time spent on sound design, a category that involves creating unique sounds to set your track apart from others. I also put in more research hours and provide more feedback rounds per song for the premium services.The prices listed are base prices and are subject to change depending on the complexity of the project.
